Legal Lease Manager

Your specific duties and responsibilities include :

• Secure and review the legal aspects of the Groups leasing activities in China.
• Support the lease organization in matters related to commercial leasing (e.g. produce and negotiate lease agreements).
• Coordinate the legal aspects of the leasing activities with IICG Legal Department and external lawyers.

We expect you have

• Bachelor degree required, major in Law
• Above 7 years related experience, at least two years experience in commercial leasing.
• Very good knowledge in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
